Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Since there is no deposit and no online payment, there is nothing to refund — you simply tell us on WhatsApp and that is the end of it. Inside 24 hours we ask you to let us know anyway, because a seat or a vehicle has been held for you.
The rules, in full
- More than 24 hours before departure: cancel or change free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours: still no charge, but please tell us — the vehicle and the camp are already committed.
- No deposit is taken at any point, so there is never a refund to process.
- Changing your date is always free, subject to availability.
If the weather turns
Rain can make desert tracks impassable for a few hours, and wind cancels balloon flights. If we cannot run the tour as described, you choose: another date, a modified itinerary with the difference refunded, or a straight cancellation at no cost.
We will tell you as early as we know. We will not run a tour and hope you do not notice that the camel trek was cut.
If we cancel
A shared departure needs a minimum number of travellers. If it does not fill, we will offer you the private version at the shared price where we can, or another date, or nothing at all — your choice. We tell you at least 24 hours ahead.
