WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and the way we take bookings — we reply within about two hours, usually faster. Phone and email work too. There is no booking form on this site on purpose: a conversation sorts out dates, group size and pickup in one exchange, where a form takes three.
What to tell us
Sending these four things in your first message saves an exchange:
- Which tour, or just what you feel like doing
- Your dates, or the dates you are in Marrakech
- How many of you, and the ages of any children
- Your hotel or riad, so we can confirm the pickup
When we answer
Every day, from early morning until late evening Morocco time (GMT+1). Overnight messages are answered first thing.

How quickly do you reply?

Can I book by email instead?
