Travel agencies in Morocco must hold a licence issued by the Ministry of Tourism, and any operator worth booking will publish its number. This page is where ours appears. If it currently shows as pending, that is the honest state of it — we would rather say so than display a number we do not hold.
Why this page exists at all
Three of the four credible competitors we studied publish a real licence number. The largest site in this niche publishes none. Fake licence numbers do circulate in this market, which is exactly why the Ministry maintains a public list you can check.
If you are comparing operators, ask each one for their number and check it. It takes a minute and it filters out most of the risk.
What to ask any Moroccan operator
- The licence number issued by the Ministry of Tourism
- Whether they hold professional liability insurance, and with whom
- The registered company name, not just the trading name
- A physical address in Morocco

Does an unlicensed operator matter?
It matters for insurance and for recourse if something goes wrong. Plenty of unlicensed operators run good tours, but you have no protection if they do not.
